• Pre-registration at the Race Villiage
• Kit Checks
• Luggage drop off, storage is provided for additional baggage not needed during the race.
• Handing over of food rations for the race, competitors are required to only carry 1 day's food at a time.

19:00 – 20:00  
Official welcome and race briefing

20:00 – 21:30  
Prerace dinner and pasta party. Watch the desert sun set whilst treating yourself to a buffet dinner with an  assortment of pasta and sauces.
