Important Information:

Entries are limited and your entry is not confirmed until the following has been completed and submitted:
- Registration Form (this can be done online on this website)
- Liability Waiver
- Full payment

Minimum age of participation is 18 years on the day the race starts.

Runners must be in good health and well trained. Participants take full, personal responsibility for their health status.

Runners will only be able to start the race once we receive a signed medical certificate from a medical doctor verifying the runner’s health status to compete in an endurance race of this nature.
