Prior to joining Kinetic, Honest worked in numerous industries and positions, which include roles in bookkeeping, statistics and even a two-year stint as a game ranger. Honest currently holds the position of delegate acquisition for Kinetic and his bubbly personality and passion for sales make him an invaluable member of the team.
Terry is the Co-Founder of Kinetic, which was established in 2008. He is responsible and accountable for achievement of profit, as well as brand and new product development. This includes development and implementation of organic growth strategies. Terry's particular management focus is to build outstanding project teams to meet and exceed targets through innovative event formats.
Josie recently joined Kinetic on the production team where she is responsible for planning and developing Kinetic’s portfolio of events. Josie holds an MA in Architectural Design from the University of Edinburgh as well as a Postgraduate Diploma in Management Marketing from UCT. Prior to Kinetic, Josie gained experience at the design practice, Aedas. She is excited to play a key role in expanding Kinetic’s presence in the B2B event industry.
Paul heads up delegate acquisition and customer service for Kinetic. He has ten years sales experience in industries ranging from financial to property and most recently the events industry with Kinetic. He was involved with the business development of the likes of Old Mutual, Metropolitan Life and numerous other insurance giants. He is extremely down to earth very humorous aspect on life makes him an asset in driving customer service to very fruitful outcomes.
Bradley is responsible for business development for numerous portfolios at Kinetic’s Sponsorship division. Prior to his business development role, Bradley took the Kinetic delegate division across Africa driving sales in both West and East Africa – he was instrumental in growing it to a continental scale. His passion for sales and the events industry has been punctuated by a successful career at Kinetic.
As Business Development Africa, Richard is responsible for forging strategic alliances and partnerships. Prior to joining Kinetic, Richard spent six years working as the Business Development Head for ME. He was responsible for Worldwide Channels for go-to-market strategy and partner ecosystem for Summits & Conferences. Richard’s product portfolio at Kinetic includes IT Leaders Africa, East Africa Outsourcing, Cloud & Virtualisation, IT Leaders East & West Africa and IT Infrastructure Summit.
Jamie is the Event Coordinator at Kinetic and spearheads the coordination and management of Kinetic’s summit portfolio. Her attention to detail and unique array of talents has earned her a qualification in Events Management. Jamie has been instrumental in her career in successfully and meticulously “fine tuning” some prestigious events across Africa, including working with the Venue Logistics Manager at Cape Town Stadium for the FIFA 2010 World Cup.
